Refund policy

At VR Shake (operated at vrshake.in), we ensure our products meet top fitness and durability standards. If you encounter any issue with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy is outlined below.

1. Return & Replacement Eligibility (7-Day Window) We offer a 7-day return or replacement window from the date of product delivery.

Valid reasons for return/replacement:

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., broken caps, leakage issues, faulty threads).

  • Product damaged during courier transit.

  • Incorrect item, size, or color received.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, accessories (such as blender balls and lids), and tags must be intact.

  • Due to health and hygiene standards, products that have been used with beverages or supplements are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  2. Share your Order Number and clear photos or a short unboxing video showing the damage/defect.

  3. Our team will verify the details and arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address.

3. Refund Timeline & Settlement After the returned item is delivered back to our Bawana warehouse and inspected:

  • Prepaid Orders (Cards, Net Banking, UPI): Refund will be processed back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Our support team will request your UPI ID or Bank Account details. Funds will be transferred within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your account details.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.

  • Once shipped, orders must be accepted and processed under the standard return policy.
